Each energy center is associated with a specific part of the body. All balance disorders in the chakras can be a sign of potential diseases and health problems. If we are aware of this in some situations, we can prevent the occurrence of ailments because long before the appearance of the disease, we will be able to take preventive action.
Connections of chakras and internal organs:
- Base chakra: skeletal system, muscles, immune system, adrenal glands;
- Sacral chakra: bladder, kidneys, ovaries, uterus, testes and prostate;
- Solar plexus chakra: the lower part of the back, digestive system, pancreas;
- Heart chakra: heart, lungs, thymus, re-immune system;
- Throat chakra: shoulders, hands, neck, thyroid;
- Third eye chakra: eyes and pituitary gland;
- Crown chakra: central nervous system, pineal gland.
Through physical exercises, we can open the chakras and fill them with life energy. Thanks to them, you can also stimulate and strengthen organs associated with individual energy centers. Exercise follow one by one, beginning with the base chakra and ending with the crown chakra.
